Background and Current Scope of Practice
Mondana P. Taghizadeh, Esq., is an associate defense attorney representing clients across a wide range of litigation matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, transportation and automobile litigation, business disputes, Social Security disability, and immigration defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach to litigation, Mondana is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests and achieving effective results.
Born in Lubbock, Texas, and raised in Dallas, Mondana maintains strong ties to the North Texas community. Her commitment to serving clients is rooted in her understanding of the legal challenges individuals and businesses face and her desire to provide thoughtful, results-driven representation.
Mondana earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Texas at Arlington and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During her legal career, she has developed experience across several areas of civil litigation and administrative law, providing clients with comprehensive legal advocacy and practical guidance.
Outside of her legal practice, Mondana enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures. Her favorite destinations are Paris, France, and she recently visited and fell in love with Greece. She also enjoys her book club, discovering new restaurants, practicing Yin yoga and meditation, and spending time with her husband, their three children, and their two Labradoodle dogs.
