Current Scope of Practice and Background

Gary is Of Counsel defense attorney who represents clients in litigation matters, with a primary focus on insurance defense.

Gary is a civil litigation attorney with experience spanning workers’ compensation, municipal prosecution, and general civil practice. His work has included liability and damages assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial and appellate advocacy. Before practicing law, Gary spent eight years as a software development test engineer giving him a strong working command of case-management and litigation technology platforms.

Outside of the office, Gary is a lifelong learner who enjoys coding, building websites, and tinkering with Raspberry Pi projects, alongside staying current on emerging technology trends. A licensed ham radio operator and soon-to-be certified personal trainer, he balances his technical pursuits with regular gym time and a love of continuing education through community college courses in math and physics. A proud Texas A&M Aggie, he’s an avid college football fan who never misses a chance to cheer on his team.
