Law Review article critically analyzing the four jurisdictions which have addressed the judicial deference to be given to decisions of corporate board of director committees formed to continue or terminate shareholder derivative litigation and projecting the position of the Supreme Court of Texas based upon prior Texas law.

- Tried multiple party trucking case with full recovery to client and total defense verdict on claims against client.
- Represented personal watercraft dealer in products liability lawsuit and successfully negotiated with manufacturer to defend and fully indemnify client.
- Obtained extremely favorable settlement for agricultural operator in wrongful death products liability lawsuit arising out of cotton stripper accident.
