Current Scope of Practice

Jason Wren is an experienced trial and appellate attorney in both state and federal courts. In addition to a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, he has significant experience representing clients in disputes involving personal injury/wrongful death, condemnation, bad faith, governmental immunity, insurance coverage, defamation, product liability, premises liability, and construction matters. Mr. Wren has represented clients in counties and courts throughout the entire state of Texas. However, because he works primarily out of the firm's Northwest Texas office in Decatur, Texas, Mr. Wren has significant experience in the district and appellate courts of west Texas, north central Texas, and the Texas panhandle.

Mr. Wren was named by his peers as a “Texas Rising Star” in Texas Monthly magazine. He was voted by his peers as one of Tarrant County’s best attorneys in the practice area of product liability in Fort Worth Magazine. During law school, Mr. Wren was a member of The Review of Litigation, and his article, Charter Schools: Public or Private? An Application of the Fourteenth Amendment’s State Action Doctrine to These Innovative Schools was published in the Winter 2000 edition.
