Rob Royse is a trial attorney who has over 20 years of professional experience prosecuting, defending and
mediating civil lawsuits in State and Federal Courts involving serious personal injuries, wrongful death
claims, significant property damages, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability accidents, construction
defects, insurance coverage claims, employment disputes, breaches of contracts, products liability claims,
deceptive trade practices, toxic torts, general negligence claims and commercial litigation including
trying jury and non-jury lawsuits to a verdict, deposing fact and expert witnesses, researching and arguing
motions before the court and participating in mediated settlement conferences throughout Texas.
