Current Scope of Practice

For over 25 years, Bill’s practice has been devoted primarily to insurance defense with an emphasis on personal injury, including death and significant injury cases. Other areas of practice include disputes involving construction litigation, railroad workers’ Federal Employees Liability Act, non-subscriber worker’s compensation, toxic tort, professional negligence, business and employment disputes including trade secret theft, tortious interference, wrongful termination, and non-compete agreement disputes.

Bill also has significant experience in the area of products of liability, including litigation involving helicopters, twin engine aircraft, railroad equipment, heavy machinery, chain saws, furniture, commercial chain hoists, oil field pump jack engines, commercial plastic and cement pipe and roofing.
