Current Scope of Practice
Matt Montgomery is a trial lawyer who
represents clients across the State of Texas in a wide range of litigation
matters. He has experience handling many areas of litigation including
personal injury and tort defense, transportation and automobile related
litigation, product liability, wrongful death as well as non-subscriber
& ERISA claims.
In 2006 and 2010, Matt was named a "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly
magazine. This is an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of Texas attorneys under the age of 40.
