1992). Law Review article critically analyzing
the four jurisdictions which have addressed
the judicial deference to be given to decisions

litigation and projecting the position of the
Supreme Court of Texas based upon prior Texas
law.

dollars.

recovery to client and total defense verdict on
claims against client.
- Represented personal watercraft dealer in products
liability lawsuit and successfully negotiated
with manufacturer to defend and fully indemnify

agricultural operator in wrongful death products
liability lawsuit arising out of cotton stripper
